Pilgrims for Palestine is a group of friends all based in Galway with a shared passion for humanity and justice. The Group was born from a collective feeling of heartbreak and despair for the people of Palestine and the need to take tangible action. They say, and stand, "Its impossible to have your eyes open and not have your heart broken."
Joining Jason Browne on the Breakfast Show today, Pilgrims for Palestine shared details of their upcoming launch night on May 2nd at the Galway Rowing Club.
The Group, who raised nearly €36,000 last year walking Tochar Phadraig, will take on St. Kevin's Way in Wicklow on July 25th, with all proceeds going to Gaza Go Bragh.
