Galway Soprano Helen Hancock’s New Album & TOGETHERNESS 2026 Concert Tour Opens in Ennis, Continues to Galway and Dublin

Acclaimed Galway soprano Helen Hancock joined us on the Breakfast Show to speak about Togetherness, the theme of her latest album and upcoming concert, which marks her return to Ennis for a special performance in St. Columba’s Church on Saturday, January 31.

Speaking with Jason on the Breakfast Show, Helen Hancock shared the inspiration behind Togetherness, her new album and concert tour, as she prepares to open the TOGETHERNESS 2026 tour in Ennis.

Following a remarkable 2025 that included a lead role in Lady Gregory in America, sold-out performances and a nationwide tour, Hancock returns to the stage with pianist Paul Cibis for an intimate concert. The programme explores love in its many forms — from romance and marriage to loss and love beyond the grave — through works by Schumann and Loewe, Irish composers, Ravel folk songs, and well-loved pieces from West Side Story and Porgy and Bess.

On the show, Hancock spoke about the power of live music to create connection and shared experience, a theme at the heart of Togetherness.

The tour continues to Galway’s Hardiman Hotel on February 1st and The Goethe-Institut in Dublin on February 5th.
