The reigning Queen Miss Africa Ireland, Skhululekie Tsistsi Mupemhi launches her first advocacy initiative — a “Bridge to Empowerment” project for a secondary school in Zimbabwe.
Through this project, she unites communities by providing books, stationery, uniforms, and financial support, giving students the tools they need to thrive academically and personally.
Tsitsi’s commitment highlights her belief that education is empowerment, and that small acts of support can create lasting change for young people in Zimbabwe.
During an interview on GOCOM Radio’s Breakfast Show, Tsitsi stated that she believes it’s important to begin by supporting the less privileged outside of Ireland, rather than focusing solely on Ireland. She added that her projects will eventually reach all areas.
